Policies

Shipping Policy:  Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be processed until the following business day.  No orders will be processed on Saturday, Sunday, and standard US Holidays.  Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.  We only ship inside the continental USA.  We do NOT ship to Post Office Boxes.  We do Not drop ship ReBuiltRite products.  We ONLY ship RR products to authorized ReBuiltRite dealer street addresses.

Merchandise Return Policies:  Damaged goods due to shipping will be replaced by ReBuiltRite.com with the exact replacement item or items as originally shipped (no credits).  ReBuiltRite.com must be notified by voice or email within 30 days of date of purchase concerning damaged goods.  After this time, no replacements will be issued.  All other merchandise returns (excluding damaged goods) are subject to a 25% restocking fee should the dealer insist on returning it.  Shipping and Handling fees are NOT refunded (excluding damaged goods).  We must be notified by voice or email within 30 days of date of purchase concerning a return.  After this time, no returns will be processed.  Any ReBuiltRite Pumps that have been opened, installed, or used are NOT returnable.  We are not responsible for return shipping charges (excluding damaged goods items) incurred by the dealer.  Should the return merchandise not be properly packaged for shipping by the dealer, no credit will be issued.  It is the dealers responsibility to contact ReBuiltRite.com and obtain a RA number before returning an item.  Any returns sent without first obtaining an RA shall receive no credit.

Defective Goods Policy:  ReBuiltRite.com must be notified by voice or email within 30 days of date of purchase in the event that merchandised purchased is deemed defective by the user.  After this time, no replacements will be issued.  Defective items will be replaced by ReBuiltRite.com with the exact replacement item or items as originally shipped (no credits).  An RA number will be issued for the item or items deemed defective along with a pre-paid UPS return label.  We will inspect the merchandise (to verify the defect) and process the RA within 3 business days after it has been returned.

Repair & Troubleshooting Policy:  Always be exactly sure of what you need to repair your equipment before ordering.   We will not except returns on pumps that have been ordered and installed under troubleshooting circumstances…

Stock Policy:  Because sales volumes can’t be predicted, ReBuiltRite.com makes no in stock guarantee of every single ReBuiltRite pump offered.  Everything listed herein is subject to availability.

Core Return Policy:  All cores must be shipped to ReBuiltRite.com within 30 days of having received rebuilt pump.  A pre-paid UPS shipping label will be sent to the customer along with the new item that was purchased.  This return label CAN NOT be used for original merchandise return.  The return label CAN NOT be sent outside the US or used to ship core returns from any location other than that which is printed on the return label.  The return label must only be used for the applicable core return.  The core return should be placed in the same box that the replacement item arrived in with the return label affixed to it.  From this point, it’s simply a matter of handing the box to any UPS representative.  Failure to return applicable cores within 30 days will result in core charge being applied to dealers account.  It is the dealers responsibility to advise us at the time of purchase if they DO NOT have a returnable core.

Merchandise Price Policy:  ReBuiltRite.com reserves the right to adjust any prices listed or quoted at any time without notice.

Merchandise Warranty Policy:  ReBuiltRite products come with a 12 month limited warranty.  Warranties are not transferable.  ReBuiltRite will provide an exact replacement pump to the dealer or customer at no charge in the event of complete unit failure within 12 months of purchase date.  In cases of certain component failures where the failed components are field changeable, ReBuiltRite will provide at no charge to the dealer or customer the necessary replacement parts.  ReBuiltRite shall not be responsible for and shall not reimburse any labor cost incurred by the dealer or customer in the event of component or entire unit failure.  In the event that installation instructions that are provided with every unit are not followed, all said warranties shall be deemed VOID.
